Last updated: February 3, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of GML Greeley Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

GML Greeley Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, stone installation, paver installation, and related masonry services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means. You will be responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees.

Project Estimates and Changes

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If we discover additional issues or unforeseen conditions during the project, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with additional work.

Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties. Changes may affect the project timeline and cost.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and materials as specified in your contract. The warranty period varies depending on the type of work performed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow the care instructions provided at project completion. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Liability and Insurance

GML Greeley Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our insurance covers property damage and worker injuries that may occur during the course of our work. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features not disclosed to us prior to beginning work. We recommend contacting utility location services before excavation work begins.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur.

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that any necessary permits are obtained before work begins. Delays caused by lack of access or missing permits may extend the project timeline.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or if work has already begun.

We reserve the right to cancel projects due to unsafe conditions, failure to obtain necessary permits, or non-payment. In such cases, you will be responsible for payment for work already completed.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Colorado state law. The prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
